If you or your whānau (family) are residents of Featherston and are in need of kai (food), please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We offer parcels to households who need help getting back on their feet. If you need frequent help or a long term arrangement, please let us know.
We’re open every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 to 2:30 pm — no appointment needed. Come in during these hours, and our team will be here to help.

Featherston Foodbank serves our local community and is a vital resource for those experiencing food insecurity and life pressures. Our mission is to provide nutritious, healthy food and varying hygiene items to individuals and families in need. We offer a wide variety of food, including fresh produce, protein donated by local farmers, canned goods, dairy products, and non-perishables, to ensure that everyone has access to the basic right of healthy, well-balanced meals.
We are extremely grateful to our generous contributors — local businesses, farms, volunteers, and community members. Without their support, we could not keep the Foodbank running.
